A set of six demitasse cups and saucers in sterling silver c1930-40 by Frank M. Whiting & Co with hand painted porcelain inserts by DeLan & McGill of Trenton, New Jersey, USA. The cups are hand pierced and chased and feature a rose and leaf motif. Cups and saucers have a monogrammed cartouche of 'CG'. Very good condition with no chips to the porcelain inserts and few usage marks. Mass 528g, Height 55mm, Diameter 90mm.
